Paulo Nobre (born 24 February 1968) is a Brazilian top manager, lawyer, rally driver and the current President of Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras. Nobre began rallying in 1999.

In 2006 he contested the Dakar Rally for the first time, and also made his World Rally Championship debut on Rally Argentina. For 2012, Nobre committed to a full WRC programme in the Mini, run by Motorsport Italia and entered in the manufacturers' championship as a WRC Team under the name Palmeirinha Rally. he chose Motorsport Italia to be supported in an international sporting path through the world scene of rally. On April 2019 Paolo Nobre finished as third prize winner the Rally of Argentina, World Rally Championship 2, in a Skoda Fabia provided by Motorsport Italia.
